Leo is the heart — warm, generous and unafraid to be seen.
Jul 23 – Aug 22
A bright day · ☾ Waxing Gibbous
Today tilts in Leo's favour, and the path of least resistance actually leads somewhere. The lunar mood adds another layer: The Moon crosses Pisces at 12° today, drifting at a distance, and the emotional weather it brings is mild and easy to carry. It's the Waxing Gibbous — the last stretch before culmination; what exists already wants polish rather than expansion.
The throttle sits closer to the floor while Mars charges through your sign. Alongside this, optimism and appetite for growth widen — Jupiter is moving through your sign, encouraging a bigger view. Elsewhere in the sky, affection sits at the centre of the day; Venus rests exactly on your ruler the Sun.
Love
Affection does the heavy lifting today, as Venus tilts close ties toward ease and small kindnesses.
Work
Urgency and drive colour the workday — Mars adds heat, deadlines, and the push to finish.
Energy
There's more in the tank than the schedule needs, because Jupiter runs the day's energy generous.

About Leo
CreativityGenerosityDramaLeadershipPride
Leo is the heart — warm, generous and unafraid to be seen. Ruled by the Sun, it gives heat to everyone in the room and asks, gently, to be appreciated for it. There is real nobility in Leo: a loyalty, a creativity, a refusal to live a small life when a large and golden one is on offer. At its healthiest, Leo is theatrically alive — the person who makes the room bigger just by being in it. The shadow is the hunger for validation: when Leo needs admiration more than it gives, the fire can scorch. At its best it is genuinely radiant.
Ruled by the Sun, Leo experiences transits as changes in stage lighting: when the sky flows — a Jupiter trine, a Venus conjunction — the spotlight warms, audiences appear, and creative work pours out with unusual ease. Hard transits tend to strike at recognition: a Saturn opposition can feel like performing to an empty room, a Pluto square like someone questioning your right to the stage at all. Fixed fire doesn't bend quickly, so Leo often plays through pain the audience never sees. The practice during difficult skies is separating worth from applause — the fire is yours whether or not anyone is watching. Birth time matters here: it locates your Sun's house, the stage on which the whole drama is set.
