Capricorn is the climb — disciplined, ambitious and quietly tender beneath the armour.
Dec 22 – Jan 19
The Moon spends the day in Pisces, offering you an opening about the size of a door left unlatched, under a Waxing Gibbous: a refining phase before the peak, when details and finishing touches matter more than bold new starts. Against that backdrop: Steady beats brilliant today.
Productive push feels available as Mars flows easily with your ruler Saturn.
Feelings in love and family sit close to the surface — the Moon stirs emotional honesty and the need for comfort.
Competition or impatience at work may run high; Mars favours decisive movement.
Stamina favours consistency over intensity; the body prefers a steady rhythm.

Capricorn is the climb — disciplined, ambitious and quietly tender beneath the armour. Ruled by Saturn, it respects what is earned and builds patiently toward a summit others can't yet see. Capricorn ages in reverse: heavier young, lighter as it learns the mountain was always meant to be enjoyed. Patient, strategic and often quietly determined, it tends to start slow and finish strong. The shadow is a coldness that can mistake usefulness for worth. At its best, Capricorn is integrity in motion — the person who does what they said they would, exactly when they said they would do it.
Saturn's own sign keeps a ledger of transits: cardinal earth registers the sky as schedule, structure and consequence. Flowing transits arrive as traction — the plan that finally moves, the authority that finally signs off — and Capricorn, suspicious of luck, sometimes fails to harvest them by working as if nothing changed. Hard transits tend to test the architecture itself: a Uranus square shakes the career ladder, a Mars opposition turns colleagues into friction. Capricorn's native endurance is an asset here, with one caveat: endurance can postpone necessary change indefinitely. The discipline is knowing when the mountain being climbed is no longer yours. Birth time sets the Midheaven — for this sign especially, the most personally diagnostic point in the chart.
